Privacy Policy

Lil Agile Monster, LLC runs this website. This page explains what I collect when you use it, what I do with it, and how to get it removed. The short version: I only collect what you type into a form, I use it to answer you, and I don't sell it or use it for advertising.
What I collect
When you book a discovery call, I get your name, email address, the time you picked and your answer to the booking question.
When you fill out the contact form, I get your name, email address, company, the topic you picked and your message.
When you sign up for Monster Mail, including to unlock something on the Resources page, I get your email address and which page, talk or resource you signed up from. The second part just tells me which talks and resources are actually bringing people in.
After you unlock a resource, your browser keeps a small note saying so, so it doesn't ask you again. The note stays on your device, holds no email address, and never comes back to me. Clearing your browser's site data removes it.
When you join a class waitlist, I get your email address, which class you're waiting on, and whether you also want Monster Mail.
When you play Beat the Board at a booth, I get your game result and nothing else. No name and no email. Your phone keeps its own copy so you can see your score.
Delivery data you share for a review. If you send a work tracker export for an AI Delivery Data Review, I use it only for that review and delete it within 7 days of the call.
There's no analytics on this site, no ad tracking and no tracking pixels.
Why I collect it
- To reply to you when you write to me
- To hold the discovery call you booked and come to it prepared
- To send Monster Mail to people who asked for it
- To tell you when a class you're waiting on opens up
I don't sell your information or share it with anyone for advertising.
Who else handles it
- Netlify hosts the website and receives form submissions.
- Resend sends my emails and holds the Monster Mail list.
- Calendly runs the booking calendar on the Contact page, stores the details of the call you book and sends your confirmation. It sets its own cookies when that page loads.
- Google Fonts supplies the fonts on every page. Your browser asks Google for them, so Google sees your IP address when the page loads.
- YouTube plays the videos on the Resources and Lessons pages and uses its privacy-enhanced mode, so it sets no cookies unless a visitor plays a video.
Each of them has its own privacy policy, and each one only gets what it needs to do its job.
How long I keep it
Call bookings and contact form messages stay for as long as we're talking about whatever you wrote to me about. Monster Mail and waitlist addresses stay until you unsubscribe or ask me to delete them. Game results never had your name on them, and I keep them so I can look back at how an event went.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe any time. Every Monster Mail email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom.
- Ask what I have. Email me and I'll tell you exactly what I hold about you.
- Ask me to delete it. Same email, and I'll let you know when it's gone.

Kids
This site is for working professionals and isn't aimed at children under 13. I don't knowingly collect anything from them.
